Introducing a wonderful new service by Panache Lingerie. It's a revolutionary way of choosing your own lingerie online - but here's the best part - getting it delivered to Bra Boss HQ for free & fitted professionally to ensure you are wearing the correct size. The perk of easy, stress free online shopping but with the confidence that it's going to be fitted correctly (by me!)
How to use the click, fit & collect service
- Simply visit the Panache website here and you can select any lingerie, sports bra or swimwear and pop them in your shopping basket.
- Instead of heading to the checkout, you can select the Click, Fit & Collect option. This means that it reserves your chosen items and sends them to The Bra Boss to be tried on. You don't pay for anything at this point - it will get sent absolutely free - there are no postage costs either!
- You will then be able to select 'The Bra Boss' from the interactive stockist map. Type in "Faversham" and I will come up first on the list. Fill in your contact details and then sit back and relax, as your our items will be sent directly to me at The Bra Boss in Faversham within a few days. You will get notified by text or email when your items have arrived and you can come to try them on and ensure they fit you correctly.
- Please be rest assured, you will only have to pay for any items that you love and want to take home with you. Anything that doesn't fit you or you're not as keen on will be sent back to Panache (again, for free!)

Once you have received your confirmation email or text to let you know your order has arrived, we can arrange a time for you to try your items on at Bra Boss HQ in Faversham.
Click, Fit & Collect appointments are 30 minutes long. This will give you enough time to try on the lovely new bras that you have selected and decide on what you would like to purchase. I do not charge for these appointments, but please bear in mind that this is not a one to one private fitting but more of a trying on and collection service. I will of course still be there to offer fitting advice and help you to decide what items fit you well. As this is a free service, I will not take £5 off a purchase - this only applies to private appointments.

click, fit & collect tips
- I will start with the most important tip here. If you have not recently had a professional bra fitting and you have a vague idea or no idea what sizes to order - pleeease book a private bra fitting appointment with me first. I cannot stress this enough. A proper fitting will help you to know what sizes to order in the future and will stop a much more long winded process of sending the wrong sizes back and re-ordering the correct sizes. It will save you a lot of time, confusion and journeys back and forth to Bra Boss HQ!
- If you are confident you know your bra size but are ordering Panache for the first time - please contact me first and I can advise on the style or shape before you place your order. As I have previously worked for this brand I know the collections very well and can advise you on how each range fits. Just like with clothes and shoes, bras can come up differently depending on the brand/style and shape.
- If you need to order a specific item that you need for a holiday, wedding or special event, please allow enough time for the items to arrive. It usually takes 2-3 working days for the Click, Fit and Collect orders to arrive at Bra Boss HQ.
- You have 14 days from when you place your order to come and try on your Click, Fit and Collect items with me. If you cannot get to me in time or change your mind, I will have to send them back to Panache as they are strict with this returns policy.
