I've booked a fitting but I haven't recevied a confirmation email?
The confirmation email is sent automatically via the booking system as soon as your fitting has been paid for.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder first, as it may have been filtered there.
If it's still not there, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly when the booking was made, which would prevent the confirmation email from being delivered.
Please email me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to look into it for you and update your email address and re-send this if needed.
Do I come to you, or do you come to me for the bra fitting?
Your private bra fitting appointment will take place at Bra Boss HQ in Faversham, where you'll find an Aladdin's cave of beautiful bras in a huge range of sizes, styles, shapes and colours.
During your one-to-one fitting, I'll professionally fit you into a selection of bras, explain how a well-fitting bra should look and feel, and share plenty of expert advice and tips to help you get the very best support and comfort.
Please note that I do not offer home visits.
I have a Bra Boss gift voucher, how do I book?
My booking system is quite basic and unfortunately doesn't allow gift vouchers to be used to pay the fitting fee online.
If you'd like to use your gift voucher to cover the fitting fee, please email me directly and I'll be happy to arrange this for you. Alternatively, you're very welcome to pay the fitting fee when booking, and I can redeem your gift voucher during your appointment instead. The voucher can then be used towards your purchase of bras, briefs or bra wash.
Please remember to bring your gift voucher with you (either printed or on your phone), as I'll need the voucher number to process it.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I bring someone with me to my bra fitting?
Absolutely!
If you'd both like a bra fitting, simply book two consecutive appointments using the Double Fitting option on my booking system. For example, you could book the 10:00am and 11:30am appointments, but both arrive together at 10:00am. I'll fit you one at a time, giving each of you plenty of time to try on lots of lovely bras while the other relaxes.
If only one of you is having a fitting, you're more than welcome to bring someone along for company. There's a comfortable chair for them to sit in while your fitting takes place.
Please note that Bra Boss HQ can accommodate a maximum of three people at a time (that's two guests plus me!).
Can I bring my baby?
You're very welcome to bring your baby along to your appointment.
Bra Boss HQ is spacious enough to accommodate a buggy, and I want your fitting to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. It's a quiet, private space, and if you need to breastfeed during your appointment, that's absolutely no problem at all.
If you'd like to bring your partner, a family member or a friend to help look after your little one while you're trying bras on, they're very welcome too.
The only thing I ask is that no food or drinks are brought into Bra Boss HQ, as I stock delicate lingerie that needs to be kept clean and protected.
Do I have to whip my clothes off in front of you - I'm nervous!
Absolutely not. I would never ask you to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.
Before entering the changing area, I'll always ask for your permission first. If you'd prefer to get changed in private, that's absolutely fine—I will simply wait outside until you're ready.
Once you have your bra on, I'll just need to check the fit, make any small adjustments if needed, and ensure it's giving you the best possible support and comfort. That's all there is to it, and your comfort and privacy will always come first.
What sizes do you stock at Bra Boss HQ?
I stock bras from a A to LL cup and 28 to 44 backs. The sizes will vary and depend on the brand, range and the style.
How much are your bras and briefs?
Bras start from £36 and go up to £74. The price will vary according to the brand and the type of bra (e.g. a high impact, very technical sports bra will cost more than a soft, non-wired bralette). I also stock briefs and these start at £14 each and go up to £32.
Do I have to buy a bra?
There is never any pressure to buy anything during your appointment.
Your fitting is entirely at your own pace, and my priority is helping you find the right fit and style that works for you. I'll never pressure you into buying a bra or insist on a size that doesn't feel right for you.
Throughout your fitting, I'll keep a record of the bras and sizes you try on, along with any styles you particularly like. That way, if you decide you'd like to purchase or order from me in the future, I'll already have all the details on file to make things nice and easy.
Can I take the bra on the day?
Unfortunately, I’m not able to let customers take the fitting bras home on the day, as they form part of my fitting stock and are needed for other appointments. With hundreds of different sizes, styles and colours available, it's simply not possible for me to hold multiples of every option.
Once you've chosen your favourites, I'll order brand new bras especially for you. These can either be posted directly to your home or, if you're local, collected from Bra Boss HQ.
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive, although collection orders are often ready a little sooner.
How do I find you and where do I park?
Bra Boss HQ is located on Priory Row in Faversham, near to Davington Primary School.
If you're driving, there's a large free car park opposite the school on Ham Road. There is also free, unrestricted on-street parking available along Priory Row.
If you're travelling by train, Bra Boss HQ is approximately a 15-minute walk from Faversham station.
As I run my business from home, my full address isn't published online for privacy reasons. Once your appointment has been booked and paid for, you'll receive detailed directions and the full address in your confirmation email. Thank you for respecting my privacy.
Does Bra Boss HQ have a toilet I can use?
There isn't a toilet inside BraBoss HQ but you are welcome to use my downstairs toilet in the house.
Do you sell swimwear?
At the moment, no I don't sell any swimwear.
Do you take card payments?
Yes I do take card payments and contactless payments using your phone/smart watch. I don't accept cash payments as I do not hold any cash or change on the premises.
Do you do teen fittings?
I hold a very small amount of 'first bras' in the smaller band and cup sizes. The brands I stock only make a very limited amound of this type of product, so I don't have a huge amount of stock. If your teen is fuller busted (D+ cups), I will have lots of things we can try!

I will also have the Test & Trace QR code to scan when you arrive, which is now compulsory to scan. Please ensure you have the app downloaded beforehand.
You will also be asked what bra size you are currently wearing (don't worry if you cannot remember this exactly - it's just to help me prepare for your fitting). You can also leave me a comment if you wish to, which I will read before I see you.

Once a payment is made, your booking is complete! You will then see a confirmation of your booking. You will also be emailed a confirmation to the email address that you provided. Please ensure that you spell your email address correctly at the time of booking, otherwise you will not receive this. You will then receive a reminder the day before your scheduled bra fitting.
