How do I book a private bra fitting appointment at Bra Boss HQ?
Private appointments are £15 for a one hour appointment and you can choose the date and time that suits you best. You will need to clock on "book a fitting" and then this leads you through to the booking system. If you need help with this, please visit the "how to book" page within the FAQ's.
I've made a booking but it's the wrong date or I've changed my mind?
If you have made a booking but need to change it, you can reschedule/cancel this yourself via the confirmation email. Please be aware that if you click on a certain day and it's fully booked, the system will automatically skip to the next available date and the previous date will turn red. Please be aware of this and always double check the date and time that you have selected before making a payment.
I've booked a fitting but haven't recevied a confirmation email?
The confirmation email will automatically be sent as soon as the booking is paid for. If you haven't recevied this, firstly check your spam folder as it may have filtered into there. If you still haven't got this, you may have mis-spelt your email address at the time of booking which therefore means the confirmation email would not have been able to be delivered. Please get in touch with me directly and I can then look into this for you and amend. Please double check you have input the correct email address and phone number when you are making your booking.
Do I come to you, or do you come to me for the bra fitting?
Your private bra fitting appointment will take place at Bra Boss HQ in Faversham. Here, I have an Aladdin's cave of lovely bras in a huge range of sizes, styles, shapes and colours! I will fit you to each product, talk you through how a good bra should fit and give you lots of helpful bra advice.
I have a Bra Boss gift voucher, how do I book?
You can book a fitting the same way as any other bra fitting. On the "services" page, you can select "I have a Bra Boss voucher" and this will then take you through to the calendar to pick the day + time that suits you. At the time of booking, the fee will show "£0" as the £15 fitting fee will be taken off the voucher amount during your fitting. Please remember to bring a copy (either printed or on your phone) of your gift voucher for reference.
Can I bring someone with me to my bra fitting?
Yes you can! If you would BOTH like a bra fitting, please book TWO SEPARATE fittings one after another. There is a double fitting option you can select on my booking system.
So for example, a 10am and then the 11.30am fitting. I will fit you back to back, but I will need to you block the slot out so that we have enough time! I expect I will be busy over the next few months, so it will be unlikely that I will be able to squeeze in any extra fittings on the day.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes of course you can! Bra Boss HQ is big enough to fit a buggy in and I am more than happy for you to bring your little one with you. It is a quiet, safe space for everyone and if you need to breastfeed whilst you are here, that is totally fine with me! If you would like to bring your partner, a family member or a friend to help look after your baby whilst you have your fitting, that is also fine. Please note that no food or drink is allowed in The Bra Boss.
Do I have to whip my clothes off in front of you - I'm nervous!
No I would never ever ask you to do anything you do not feel comfortable with. I will always ask you if it is ok for me to come in to the changing area. If you do not feel comfortable getting changed infront of me, that is 100% ok and I can wait outside. I will need to see the bra once it's on, to do any small adjustments and to check that it is fitting you correctly but that's it.
What sizes do you stock at Bra Boss HQ?
I stock bras from a B to KK cup and 28 to 44 backs. The sizes will vary and depend on the brand, range and the style.
How much are your bras and briefs?
Bras start from £28 and go up to £67. The price will vary according to the brand and the type of bra (e.g. a high impact, very technical sports bra will cost more than a non wired bralette). I also stock briefs and these start at £13 each and go up to £26.
Do I have to buy a bra?
There is no pressure at all to buy anything on the day. Your fitting is completely in your hands and I will never pressure you to take anything, nor will I force you into a size.
Can I take the bra on the day?
It depends. Due to a mix of Covid-19, being very busy, and only having the room to stock 1 of a size, it will be very likely I will need to order your chosen bra(s) in for you after you have come to see me. This means you will receive a brand new bra fresh in its packaging, and it also means you will be able to choose a different colour (there is a LOT of choice!)
I will then post your bras out to you free of charge, or, if you are local and happy to come and collect from me, you can do. This is the fairest way of working, as I would hate for you to come for a fitting and I have sold everything in your size to someone else!
It will take about 1-2 weeks to get your order out to you as I will be placing weekly orders with the brands and understandably, it takes a little while to arrive.
If I have two of a size in stock at the time of your fitting, you will be able to take it home with you that day.
How do I find you and where do I park?
Please read the "About Us" section on the booking page here- this is on the left hand side underneath the photo of The Bra Boss. Here, it will tell you how to find me, where to park and all that jazz!
Does Bra Boss HQ have a toilet I can use?
There is currently some building work going on in the downstairs toilet, so unfortuantely at the moment this is out of use. There is a Sainsburys less than 5 minute drive away which you can use.
Do you sell swimwear?
At the moment, no I don't sell any swimwear.
Do you take card payments?
Yes I do take card payments and contactless payments using your phone. I do accept cash payments as I do not hold any cash or change on the premises.
Do you do teen fittings?
I hold a very small amount of 'first bras' in the smaller band and cup sizes. The brands I stock only make a very limited amound of this type of product, so I don't have a huge amount of stock. If your teen is fuller busted (D+ cups), I will have lots of things we can try!

Please note my opening hours will differ depending on the day, so please check this. I am open Monday to Saturday and I am offering late night appointments on a Wednesday evening.

You will then be asked to enter your name and contact details, as well as your address. Due to the current goverment Covid-19 guidelines, I do need this information in case I need to contact you. I will also have the Test & Trace QR code to scan when you arrive, which is now compulsory to scan. Please ensure you have the app downloaded beforehand.
You will also be asked what bra size you are currently wearing (don't worry if you cannot remember this exactly - it's just to help me prepare for your fitting). You can also leave me a comment if you wish to, which I will read before I see you.

Once a payment is made, your booking is complete! You will then see a confirmation of your booking. You will also be emailed a confirmation to the email address that you provided. Please ensure that you spell your email address correctly at the time of booking, otherwise you will not receive this. You will then receive a reminder the day before your scheduled bra fitting.
